Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented front of house member to join our team from the end of May till the end of the season. As a Front End Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions, and ensuring all foods are packaged correctly.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers
- Using a touch screen till to input customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized front of house area
- serving up and packing food items
- Collaborate with team members towards a smooth service
Preferred candidate:
- Previous experience in hospitality
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
