We’re expanding a high-performing outbound fundraising team working on behalf of major UK charities. This is an opportunity for experienced sales agents and fundraisers who enjoy target-driven environments and want their work to have genuine social impact.
This role is ideal for individuals who are motivated by performance, structured in their approach, and experienced in telephone sales or fundraising.
What you'll be doing
- Handling warm, pre-qualified leads (no cold calling)
- Engaging supporters in empathetic but fundraising led conversations
- Managing objections and closing effectively
- Representing respected UK charities with accuracy and professionalism
- Achieving campaign-specific KPIs and targets
- Maintaining industry and internal compliance standards
Income Structure
- NLW Base pay: up to £12.71/hr (depending on age)
- Performance incentives:structured to achieve up to £36,000 FTE for consistent high performers - Pro-rata based on 40 hours per week.
- Strong lead flow + structured coaching
- High performers in this role can consistently convert warm leads to committed regular donors.
Who We Want to Hear From
This role is designed for candidates who can demonstrate:
✔ At least 12 months experience in sales, fundraising, or phone-based sales and conversion.
✔ Confidence working to KPIs and targets
✔ Professional objection handling & rapport building
✔ Self-motivation and reliability in a remote environment
✔ Ethical communication — balancing persuasion with integrity
If you’ve previously worked in sales (B2C, B2B, contact centre, telecoms, energy, financial services, fundraising or agency-based environments) you will be at a strong advantage.
Working Structure
- 20–45 hours/week available
- One weekend shift required
- Temp-to-perm (initial 3 months)
