Responsible to | Document Control Manager
This role is responsible for maintaining and enforcing project information and document control protocols across systems such as Viewpoint for Projects (CDE), Field View, and 4P. Key duties include managing document control processes, workflows, transmittals, and structured archives to ensure information is accurate, accessible, and compliant with company procedures. The position involves processing and distributing large volumes of project documentation, maintaining detailed records of incoming and outgoing documents, conducting regular audits of filing systems, and ensuring timely communication of project information to stakeholders. Additionally, the role supports continuous improvement of document control practices and provides training and guidance to project teams to promote effective use of document management systems and procedures.
