The company introduced the Tefra coupler, a groundbreaking, fully automatic pin grabber with a patented secondary locking system, considered one of the safest in the market. Committed to delivering high-quality, innovative products, Hill Engineering strives to set new benchmarks in attachment safety within the construction industry.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the development and improvement of existing manufacturing and production control processes and procedures to ensure successful production planning & manufacturing of buckets and couplers within a fast-paced manufacturing facility.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Creation & Maintenance of Bill of Materials for Production & New Product Development
Processing Production & Engineering Change Orders
Processing Machine Spec Changes
Production support to the Manufacturing Department
Assist in monthly Sales & Operations Planning cycle
Create & Maintain production schedules
Drive Continuous Improvement Projects

This above description is non-exhaustive and there may be additional duties in accordance with the role.

What you’ll bring: Experience & Qualifications:

Minimum HNC / HND Engineering Qualification or demonstrate extensive relevant knowledge through on job experience.
Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (Infor) would be advantageous
Competent in use of Microsoft packages
Proficiency in 3D modelling software essential

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Excellent multi-tasking & attention to detail skills
Ability to work under pressure
Good organisational skills
Logical & Methodical approach to problem solving
Ability to work with others to meet deadlines
