Full job description

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our team at our busy 4-star, 34-bedroom hotel. This is a hands-on role where you'll help drive room bookings, promote our restaurant, weddings, events, and corporate business, while enhancing our online presence and brand.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver marketing campaigns to increase bookings and revenue.
Manage the hotel's social media channels and create engaging content.
Update the hotel website and support digital marketing activities.
Promote weddings, events, dining offers, and seasonal packages.
Assist with email marketing and online advertising.
Create and schedule content for digital display screens throughout the hotel, ensuring promotions and guest information are engaging and up to date.
Design and coordinate printed marketing materials, including billboards, signage, posters, flyers, brochures, menus, and event collateral, ensuring brand consistency.
Monitor online reviews and help maintain the hotel's excellent reputation.
Build relationships with local businesses and tourism partners.
Track campaign performance and provide regular reports.

About You

Minimum of 1 year's marketing experience, ideally within hospitality, tourism, leisure, or a similar customer-focused industry.
Strong social media, content creation, and graphic design skills.
Experience producing digital and print marketing materials.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative, organised, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
Knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite and digital marketing platforms is desirable.
