Full job description

Dream World Bedding Ltd. manufacture and supply mattresses, divan bases & designer headboards from our facilities in Warrenpoint, Co. Down.

Due to Maternity leave, we have an opening for Office Administrator to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks and are welcoming applications from people with an interest in working in a fast-paced environment and are keen to advance their career within the Company.

Reporting to the Directors, the applicant should;

- Have excellent phone & interpersonal skills with the ability to take detailed customer orders and to handle customer requests effectively and in a timely manner,

- Be able to use Excel to generate production and delivery schedules.

- Have Sage 50 Accounts experience in order to generate new orders and amend current orders.

- Be able to carry out administration duties such as filing, data entry, scheduling appointments, sending and receiving emails etc.

- Answering telephone calls and directing queries to the appropriate personnel, providing appropriate information via phone/email.

- Meet and greet visitors and advise appropriate personnel of their arrival on-site.

- Any other duties relevant to the post and/or required by Management.

Essential Criteria:

· Experience with Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.

· Previous experience with SAGE Accounts.

· Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.

· Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking skills.

· Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle customer requests effectively and in a timely manner.

· Excellent phone skills with the ability to take detailed customer orders and develop relationships.

· Excellent verbal and written English skills.

Hours of work: 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Pay: £14.00 per hour
