Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to perform various physical tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential for supporting a sprinkler fitterand ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
Perform general site maintenance, including cleaning and organising work areas.
Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete tasks effectively.
Carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving items as needed.
Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Report any issues or hazards to the supervisor promptly.
Must be willing to travel on occasion around Ireland and sometimes even to the uk never more than a week at a time

Qualifications

Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
A valid driver's licence is preferable but not mandatory.
