JOB TITLE: Manual sprayer (Paint)
SALARY: Based on Experience
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sanding and preparation of counterweights for spray operations.
2. Spray Painting
3. Meet set targets while working in a high-volume production setting.
4. Paint spraying of single and 2 pack paints.
5. Report defects and possible issues to be rectified before paint/glue
6. Ensure proper handling, cleaning and storage of painting/glue equipment.
7. Ensure proper handling of equipment to minimise damage through spray process.
8. Ensuring a high standard of workmanship.
9. Leave working areas in a fit state to ensure no unnecessary health and safety risks prevail. Work in a manner that ensures the safety of oneself and other colleagues.
General

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential Criteria
· Qualifications, Experience with industrial air/air less paint & Experience spraying equipment
· 2 years’ experience working in a similar environment.
· Previous experience in painting 2 pack paints
Skills and Competencies
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills to deal with individuals at all levels of the business successfully
· Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
· Ability to work unsupervised and use initiative
· Flexibility to move between required tasks, business needs and departments
