The Role We are seeking a dynamic Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. You will be responsible for engaging potential clients via telephone, promoting services, and building strong customer relationships. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are confident communicators, organised, and eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our service effectively.
- Solutions: Identify customer needs and present various solutions to meet those needs.
- CRM: Maintain detailed records of all interactions within the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and organisation.
- Follow-up: Follow up with leads and existing clients to foster ongoing relationships and provide a positive customer experience.
- Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and campaign outreach.
- Content: Collate in-house content to contribute to company marketing initiatives.
- Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries promptly and professionally.
Requirements
Essential Criteria:
- Experience: A minimum 2 years’ experience working within a fast-paced Telesales/Marketing function.
- Sales: Previous experience in business to homeowner sales and customer service is essential.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a persuasive approach.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently.
- IT Skills: Good IT skills, including familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Organisation: Effective time management and organisational skills to handle multiple leads simultaneously.
- Drive: Ability to drive personal motivation and work independently and within a team environment.
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience of managing/coordinating telesales and marketing duties within the Construction/Maintenance industry (or similar).
