Do you enjoy turning data into strategic decisions that improve homes and communities?

If so, we’re looking for a Senior Asset Officer to play a key role in delivering our ambitious investment planssupporting our journey to achieve EPC C across our homes by 2030.

About the role

As part of our growing Asset Strategy & Delivery Team, you’ll lead our well-established Asset Data Team and act as the vital link between data, strategy, and delivery.

You’ll:

Lead and develop a high-performing Asset Data Team
Oversee multiple data sets and investment planning
Translate data insights into effective long-term asset strategies
Support the mobilisation of planned investment programmes
Work closely with our Senior Stock Condition Surveyor and Sustainability Lead
Manage our Access Co-ordinators, ensuring surveys and works run smoothly

What we are looking for

We’re looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and leadership capability.

You’ll ideally have:

Strong knowledge of housing asset management and property data
A passion for sustainability and decarbonisation
Experience managing data-driven programmes or asset strategies
A track record of leading and motivating teams
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
A collaborative, open and customer-focused approach
