At Westexe Forklifts, we’re growing rapidly and are looking for a proactive Service Administrator to play a key role in coordinating our engineering teams. If you enjoy planning, problem-solving, and delivering excellent customer service — with no weekend working — this could be the perfect next step in your career.

Duties

Raise Thorough Examination jobs and liaise with customers to book examinations.
Allocate jobs to Examiners and plan routes efficiently.
Chase outstanding Purchase Orders for completed work.
Set up PDAs for engineers.
Create fleet IDs and service contracts for customer-owned equipment.
Provide general administrative support as required.

Qualifications

Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally supporting engineers or field-based teams.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Experience with scheduling, planning, and resource management.
Commercial awareness, including an understanding of profit and loss.
Confident dealing with customers and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of material handling equipment is desirable, but full training will be provided.

This position is ideal for candidates who are proactive, reliable, and eager to contribute to a professional team. The role provides valuable experience in administrative functions within a service-oriented organisation.
