My Brow Expert is a fast-growing premium beauty brand specialising in brows and aesthetics.
Founded by industry expert Jo Coates, the business has grown from a single studio into a destination retail salon brand with locations in Darlington and Barnard Castle. With ambitious plans to expand to five locations over the next two years, we are entering an exciting new phase of growth.

The Opportunity
This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role.
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and commercially aware individual who can act as both Executive Assistant to the Founder and Brand Coordinator for the wider business.
You will become a trusted right-hand person to Jo Coates, helping coordinate the day-to-day running of the business while supporting future growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-moving environment, enjoy solving problems, and take pride in bringing structure, organisation and calm to busy situations.
No two days will be the same.
One morning you may be coordinating diary changes across multiple salons following staff sickness. The next you may be liaising with suppliers, supporting a marketing campaign, coordinating a team event or helping prepare plans for a future salon opening.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Assistant Support
+ Manage Jo's diary, appointments and travel arrangements.+ Coordinate internal and external meetings.+ Screen and prioritise emails, calls and enquiries.+ Prepare documents, presentations and reports as required.+ Act as a central point of contact on behalf of the Founder/Directors.+ Help organise business events, team meetings and off-site activities.+ Support project management and follow-up of key actions.
Salon Operations & Diary Coordination
+ Support diary management across all salon locations.+ Coordinate client rebooking and staff reallocations during periods of sickness, annual leave or unexpected absence.+ Act as a first point of contact for operational issues requiring escalation.+ Help maintain smooth day-to-day salon operations.+ Work closely with salon teams to identify issues before they become problems.+ Support recruitment coordination and onboarding activities.+ Assist with internal communications across the business.
Brand Coordination
+ Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activity.+ Liaise with external agencies, suppliers and partners.+ Support social media planning and content coordination.+ Assist with business award submissions and industry opportunities.+ Help maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints.+ Support the development and launch of new products and services.+ Coordinate community and partnership activities.
Growth & Expansion Support
+ Support future salon opening projects.+ Assist with supplier sourcing and relationship management.+ Help coordinate property viewings and location assessments.+ Support project plans relating to expansion initiatives.+ Maintain key business records, documents and trackers.+ Assist with research and administration relating to growth opportunities.
What We're Looking For
Essential
+ Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar senior administrative role.+ Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.+ Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities.+ Excellent problem-solving ability.+ Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and digital business tools.+ Ability to work independently and exercise good judgement.+ Full UK driving licence and access to transport.
Desirable
+ Experience supporting business owners, founders or senior executives.+ Experience within retail, hospitality, beauty or customer-focused environments.+ Project coordination experience.+ Marketing or brand coordination experience.+ Experience supporting a growing multi-site business.
