Duties

Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to each client’s preferences.
Provide excellent customer service by listening carefully to clients’ needs and offering professional recommendations.
Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques, providing feedback, and supporting their professional development.
Upsell products and services effectively to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, tools, and salon areas in compliance with health standards.Requirements
Proven experience in hair styling with strong technical skills in cutting, coloring, and styling.
Knowledge of barbering techniques is highly desirable for versatile client service.
Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and team members.
Ability to mentor colleagues and foster a positive team environment.
