Do you have the creativity and drive to design impactful training, campaigns and engagement activity that makes a real difference?

About the role:

We are looking for a Student Training, Communications and Campaigns Specialist to join our Student Support and Conduct team. Reporting to the Student Support and Conduct Manager, you will play a key role in delivering student training, awareness campaigns and engagement activity focused on harassment and sexual misconduct (HSM) and inclusion.

You will:

Contribute to a growing area of strategic importance, supporting the University’s work to embed a preventative, student-focused approach to a respectful campus environment.
Design and deliver engaging student campaigns and communications to promote respectful behaviours.
Coordinate and support the delivery of student training, including consent, bystander intervention and HSM awareness.
Plan and deliver student engagement activity, including events and targeted interventions.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of training and campaigns, using data and insight to inform improvements.
Work collaboratively with Faculties, the Students’ Union and external partners to maximise reach and impact.

For this role, you will need to be on site 3 days a week. Although we can accommodate working from home for this role, flexibility to be on-site will be expected due to business needs.

You should:

Have experience of delivering training, campaigns or engagement activity in a complex organisation.
Be confident creating engaging communications and working with diverse audiences.
Be able to use data and feedback to evaluate impact and improve delivery.
Have strong stakeholder and relationship building skills.
Be passionate about student experience, inclusion and creating a respectful culture change.
