Ace Double Glazing Ltd is one of Plymouth's leading home improvement companies, having

successfully completed over 4,000 installations across Devon and Cornwall.

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and professional PA Administrator to work

directly alongside our Managing Director, providing day-to-day support and helping ensure the

smooth running of our busy office.

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll be involved in customer

service, project coordination, diary management, administration, supplier liaison and supporting the wider office team.

We're looking for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional organisation and customer service.

Your Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support to the Managing Director.
Manage diaries, appointments and correspondence.
Prepare quotations and sales documentation.
Liaise with customers, suppliers and manufacturers.
Maintain ServiceM8 and office systems.
Support installation scheduling and customer aftercare.
Assist with business projects and process improvements.
General office administration and bookkeeping support.

About You

Minimum 5 years' office administration or PA experience.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Strong Microsoft Office knowledge.
Able to prioritise competing tasks and remain calm under pressure.
Professional, trustworthy and proactive. Takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
