We are looking for a talented and detail-focused Production Artworker to join our fast-paced graphics team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for design accuracy, excellent Adobe Illustrator skills, and a passion for producing high-quality print-ready artwork.
Working closely with our design, graphics, and production departments, you’ll play a key role in transforming creative concepts into production-ready designs while maintaining the highest standards expected by our customers. The Role
As a Production Artworker, you will:
- Create accurate, print-ready artwork for production
- Redraw and scale design concepts while maintaining design integrity
- Ensure colour accuracy, placement consistency, and overall artwork quality
- Identify and resolve artwork issues early in the production process
- Prepare visuals and mock-ups when required
- Collaborate closely with graphics and production teams to meet deadlines
- Support continuous improvement through training and development
- Maintain high standards of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Follow all company policies and Health & Safety procedures
What We’re Looking ForEssential Skills & Experience
- Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills with the ability to quickly absorb information
- Strong computer literacy
Desirable Skills
- Experience working within a print or production environment
- Previous experience producing print-ready artwork for manufacture
- Understanding of garment or sportswear graphics production
