We’re looking for an experienced Brand Design Manager to lead and elevate our brand creative across channels. This role is for a all rounded brand designer who can confidently adapt across disciplines. You will work closely with the Senior Design Team Lead, Marketing, Product and Buying teams where you’ll create impactful, commercially aligned visuals that connect with customers and enhance brand perception.
Building/developing the guidelines for all four brands, from logos, typography, and colour palettes to guidelines and layout systems.
Design creative promotional assets across all media platforms, including: digital communications, website, collateral, paid socials and animations.
Support the creation of campaign visuals, digital assets, email graphics, and web banners that align with own-brand tone and positioning.

Full-time role; typical working hours Mon–Fri with occasional early starts or later finishes for campaign launches
Office-based at one of our sites with good transport links; occasional hybrid working for administrative tasks may be available, subject to line manager agreement
