A bit about us:
Cairngorm Administration & Sales provide office, rental, and sales services to The Coylumbridge Highland Lodges Club. Based in Coylumbridge, Aviemore, the Club consists of 61 self-catering lodges owned on a timeshare basis, welcoming owners & guests throughout the year.
The role:
We are looking for a positive, reliable, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Office & Administration Assistant.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to start or build a career in administration. Previous experience is not essential — what matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well within a team.
You will be fully supported with training and given the opportunity to develop your skills from the ground up.
Working pattern:
Full-time, 5 days per week
Shifts are 8 hours and include weekend working
Operating hours:
Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
Saturday and Sunday 8:00am to 8:00pm
Key responsibilities:
Working as part of the administration team to ensure everything is in place for each guest’s arrival.
Providing a warm and friendly welcome, delivering a great check-in, stay, and departure experience.
Answering phone calls, emails, and online enquiries in a professional and customer-focused manner.
Inputting and maintaining information using systems such as Word and Excel and our front office system (full training provided).
Building a good understanding of the lodges to assist with general enquiries, rental bookings, and sales enquiries
Developing strong working relationships with colleagues across all departments
Maintaining high standards of communication, organisation, and attention to detail

Confidence speaking with owners and customers
Basic IT awareness is helpful but not required — full training will be provided
