Exciting Opportunity for Multi-Skilled Engineers at WH Scott Group!

WH Scott Group, a market leader in the lifting equipment industry, is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service to clients across the UK and Ireland. As part of the WH Scott Group, we are seeking highly skilled and motivated Multi-Skilled Engineers in North Wales and North East area to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will:

Attend breakdowns, perform servicing, testing, and commissioning of overhead gantry cranes and associated lifting equipment.
Support the installation of lifting equipment for a variety of customers across the North Wales.
Work with electrical and mechanical systems to ensure the highest quality of maintenance and service.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

Proven experience in preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, including fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.
Electrical engineering expertise with a solid understanding of three-phase control systems.
Mechanical experience with medium to large motors, electro-mechanical brakes, and reduction gearboxes.
Familiarity with PLCs and inverter control systems (desirable but not essential).
A valid driving license and a willingness to travel (25% travel required).

Qualifications & Experience

GCSE or equivalent (preferred).
Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience (required).
