The Production Supervisor is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality performance on their assigned production line — ensuring their team is engaged, informed, and working to clear standards.
Based in our Newtown factory, this role plays a key part in keeping our production lines running smoothly and consistently to the high standards our customers expect.
You will be accountable for line performance, including output, speed, and quality, while maintaining a clean and safe working environment. As the first point of contact for your team, you’ll manage day-to-day people matters including attendance, behaviour, training, and wellbeing.
This role sits at the centre of communication on the factory floor. You’ll work closely with Production Managers to understand production requirements and with Line Setters to ensure the line is prepared for upcoming runs.
Day-to-day, you will lead shift briefings, monitor performance throughout the run, address issues as they arise, and ensure any machinery concerns are reported promptly. You’ll also carry out regular one-to-ones and support the ongoing development of your team.
You will always be aware of your line’s schedule, ensuring your team and equipment are ready for what’s next through strong planning, clear communication, and a proactive approach.
