Seeking an experienced Specialist with 5 to 7 years of expertise in Appian Administration to manage and optimize Appian environments
Job Description
Manage and maintain Appian platforms ensuring high availability and performance Oversee Appian environment setup configuration and upgrades Monitor system health and troubleshoot issues related to Appian applications Collaborate with development teams to implement best practices for Appian deployment Ensure compliance with security policies and data protection standards within Appian environments Develop and maintain documentation related to Appian administration processes Provide technical support and guidance for Appian platform users Plan and execute disaster recovery and backup strategies for Appian systems
Roles and Responsibilities
Administer Appian environments including installation configuration and patching Monitor system performance and capacity planning to support business needs Implement security controls and manage user access within Appian Coordinate with crossfunctional teams for seamless application deployment and integration Conduct root cause analysis and resolve platformrelated incidents Automate routine tasks to improve operational efficiency Train and mentor junior administrators and support staff on Appian best practices Stay updated with the latest Appian features and industry trends to recommend improvements
