Duties

Prepare meat products by cutting, trimming, and portioning carcasses according to customer requirements and business standards.
Cut and saw carcasses into manageable sections for further preparation and sale.
Remove bones, gristle, surplus fat, rind, and other unwanted materials to produce high-quality meat cuts.
Prepare a variety of meat portions, including chops, joints, steaks, and other cuts suitable for retail customers.
Inspect meat quality to ensure freshness, presentation, and compliance with food safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the butchery area, equipment, and tools.
Monitor stock levels, minimise waste, and assist with stock rotation and inventory control.

Experience

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
