Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Farm Factory Worker to join our team in a dynamic food production environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process, ensuring food safety standards are maintained, and assisting with daily operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in food production within a regulated setting, contributing to the delivery of high-quality products.

Duties

Assist in the preparation and processing of food products on the farm factory floor
Operate basic machinery and equipment used in food production, adhering to safety protocols
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas to comply with hygiene standards
Monitor production lines to ensure consistent quality and safety of products
Perform basic quality checks and document findings accurately
Assist with loading and unloading raw materials and finished goods as required
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly to supervisors

Requirements

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Good organisational skills and ability to follow strict safety protocols
Physical fitness to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform manual tasks as needed
Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings or shifts as required by production schedules

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
