The Role
This is an exciting role, that blends Key Account Management with Brand Education. You will work from our Co. Down office with our friendly and supportive team with some travel around UK & Ireland.
Monday to Thursday in the office, with a Work From Home Friday. You will spend some time on the road managing independent accounts across NI and ROI, alongside making regular monthly trips to Great Britain (GB) to support major retail stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Build strong relationships with independent retailers across the North and South of Ireland and GB to secure repeat business and drive brand loyalty.
- Major Retailer Training: Travel to Great Britain monthly to deliver high-impact product knowledge training to store staff, optimising shelf-success.
- Maximising Brand Presence: Spend active time on the road executing face-to-face store visits, auditing visual merchandising standards, and gathering feedback.
- Independent Network Growth: Actively identify and onboard new high-quality independent stockists across the UK.
- Hybrid Office Routine: Manage administrative duties, order processing, and account planning from our Co. Down office from Monday to Thursday with the support of the Sales Team.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 3 years of proven experience in wholesale account management, retail field sales, or brand representation is essential.
- Travel Passion: Comfortable with high mobility, including road travel across the island of Ireland and monthly flights to GB.
- Communication Skills: An engaging presenter capable of inspiring and training retail floor staff.
- Logistics & License: Must have a reliable vehicle and a full UK driving license for local territory travel.
- Autonomous Work Ethic: Self-motivated and highly organised while managing a busy travel and field schedule.
