We’re looking for someone to join our Governance and Executive Team as a Governance Assistant.

What you’ll do

In this role, you will coordinate procurement, stationery, and postal operations to ensure services run efficiently across the organisation. In addition, you will provide wider administrative support to the Governance and Executive Team, including preparing for upcoming meetings and assisting with day to day tasks.

What we’re looking for

To join our team, we are looking for someone with:

previous experience of administrative work;
the ability to use a variety of internal and external software packages;
a qualification at level 1 of the Qualifications & Credit Framework;
experience in delivering high standards of service; and
the ability to work to deadlines and manage a varied workload

Please note. that the postholder will be required to work from the office on each of their working days to sort incoming and outgoing post, and to provide admin support to the Governance and Executive team where needed.
