This is your opportunity to take charge of one of the most ambitious, energetic and high-performing sales environments in the luxury cosmetic dental industry.

At Space Dental, we're changing lives by creating incredible smiles, and we're looking for an exceptional leader who can inspire, coach and develop a team of up to 20 Luxury Bookings Executives to become the very best.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be responsible for creating an environment where success becomes the standard.

Your role will include:

Leading, motivating and inspiring a team of up to 20 Luxury Bookings Executives.
Driving daily, weekly and monthly sales performance.
Coaching individuals to maximise appointments booked and conversion rates.
Running fun competitions, incentives and recognition programmes that keep the team engaged.
Delivering motivating morning huddles and performance reviews.
Recruiting, developing and mentoring the next generation of Space Dental superstars.
Creating an exciting, positive and high-energy sales floor where everyone wants to succeed.
Monitoring KPIs, productivity and quality while maintaining exceptional customer experiences.
Working closely with senior management to continually improve performance and results.

Has proven experience leading successful telesales or contact centre teams.
Knows how to motivate people through coaching, recognition and leadership.
Loves targets, competition and building winning teams.
Brings positivity, resilience and outstanding communication skills.
Leads by example and isn't afraid to roll their sleeves up.
Can identify talent and develop future top performers.
Is organised, commercially aware and driven by results.
