Job Description:
As an Machine Setter/Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient operation of injection molding and injection blow molding machines. Your expertise will contribute to the production of top-notch plastic components and products.
Responsibilities:
1. Machine Setup and Operation:
- Configure and set up injection molding and injection blow molding machines.
- Monitor and operate machinery to produce high-quality plastic parts.
2. Quality Control:
- Conduct thorough quality checks on molded products to meet industry standards.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues during the molding process to maintain product integrity.
3. Tooling Maintenance:
- Perform routine maintenance on molds and tooling to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team for repairs and improvements.
4. Process Optimization:
- Continuously evaluate and refine molding processes for efficiency and quality improvement.
- Implement adjustments to achieve production goals and minimize waste.
5. Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of production runs, adjustments, and quality control measures.
- Generate reports on machine performance and production metrics.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in injection molding and injection blow molding operations.
2. Technical proficiency in machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
3. Strong understanding of quality control processes and attention to detail.
4. Ability to perform routine maintenance on molds and machinery.
5. Problem-solving skills to address issues during the production process.
6. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
