Digital Marketing Executive

Due to growth, Rocal Group are excited to be recruiting a Digital Marketing Executive to join our established Marketing team.

You will be responsible for supporting the planning, creation and delivery of marketing campaigns that nurture homeowner enquiries, installers engagement and trade prospects across the customer journey.

This hands-on role focuses on turning early interest, enquiries and existing contacts into stronger commercial opportunities through timely, relevant and on-brand communications across channels such as email, WhatsApp, CRM and AI-powered platforms.

A key focus will be developing B2C nurture campaigns that guide homeowners through the marketing funnel, while also supporting installer engagement and B2B prospecting activity.

Working closely with Marketing and Sales teams, the successful candidate will help deliver well-organised, commercially effective campaigns that strengthen relationships, improve conversion and reinforce our premium positioning as a lifestyle brand.

This role would suit someone with experience in email marketing, CRM, campaign marketing, customer communications or digital marketing who wants to develop further in lifecycle marketing and customer journey management.

Key Responsibilities

Customer journey campaigns: Plan, build and manage high-quality lifecycle campaigns across email, CRM, WhatsApp and other digital channels, guiding homeowners from early interest through to enquiry, consideration and conversion.
CRM and automation: Develop and optimise CRM journeys, using customer data, automation and behavioural triggers to deliver timely, relevant and personalised communications at each stage of the journey.
Homeowner nurture: Create engaging nurture campaigns that help homeowners understand the brand, product range, benefits, design options and next steps, building confidence and supporting progression through the buying journey.
Audience engagement: Deliver tailored communications for homeowners, installers and trade prospects that strengthen relationships, inspire trust and reflect Endurance’s premium brand positioning.
Installer and trade marketing: Support installer engagement and targeted B2B prospecting campaigns that raise awareness, generate interest and create qualified commercial opportunities.
Campaign planning and optimisation: Maintain a forward-looking pipeline of campaign ideas, continually testing messaging, creative, timing, audience segments and formats to improve engagement and conversion.
Cross-sell and loyalty campaigns: Develop communications that showcase the wider product portfolio, encourage repeat engagement and support long-term relationships with customers, installers and partners.
Reviews and advocacy: Create campaigns and automated triggers that encourage positive reviews, testimonials and referrals, strengthening brand reputation and customer trust.
Data and insight: Use segmentation, behavioural insights, GA4 and campaign performance data to refine customer journeys, identify opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness.
Performance reporting: Monitor and report on campaign performance, including engagement, conversion, retention and sales impact, translating results into clear recommendations.
Brand and experience quality: Ensure every communication is accurate, on-brand and optimised across devices, delivering a consistent, premium experience at every touchpoint.
Market awareness: Monitor competitor activity, CRM trends and industry best practice, using insights to bring fresh thinking and continuous improvement to our customer journeys.
Cross-team alignment: Collaborate with Digital Acquisition and Web & SEO Executives to ensure a seamless journey from acquisition through conversion and retention.

What You Bring

Essential:

Experience with email marketing and/or CRM platforms.
Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing or customer journey management.
Ability to craft or adapt content in line with brand tone and creative standards.
Knowledge of audience segmentation and personalisation.
Strong analytical skills with ability to measure and improve campaign performance.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Collaborative approach with ability to work across functions.
Experience managing both B2B (installers) and B2C (homeowners) communications.

Desirable:

Experience with WhatsApp marketing or AI-driven communication tools.
Familiarity with automation platforms and lifecycle marketing technologies.
Background in premium consumer, interiors, or home improvement brands.
Knowledge of customer retention strategies and loyalty programme design.

Salary, Benefits, and Hours

£27,000 to £32,000 per annum dependent on experience
40 hours per week (Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm) - we also operate an optional compressed working week, please enquire for more information
