Currently welcoming guests as a Bed & Breakfast until April 2026, we provide comfortable rooms, hearty breakfasts, and a warm welcome - just minutes from Coventry, Kenilworth, and Warwick’s top attractions.

Perfect for exploring castles, countryside, and historic towns, Brandon Hall blends heritage charm with modern comfort for a relaxing escape.

We are seeking a welcoming, organised, and experienced Front Office Manager to lead our reception and front-of-house team. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth guest arrivals, efficient operations, and a consistently high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the front office, including reception, concierge, and guest services
Lead, train, and support the front office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Oversee check-in, check-out, and room allocation processes
Ensure all guest queries and complaints are resolved promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate billing, payment processing, and reporting procedures
Monitor team performance, appearance, and adherence to service standards
Coordinate closely with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs
Prepare departmental schedules, manage payroll inputs, and control labour costs
Uphold hotel standards, policies, and health & safety compliance
