Join Our LEGO Agency (OLA) London as an Integrated Production Assistant, where you’ll work closely with our Integrated Production team. Our team consists of both Project Managers and Producers, giving you the opportunity to see how projects progress from the creative development stages through to the shoot and final delivery.

This is a six-month fixed-term contract requiring three days a week in our New Fetter Lane office (EC4A 1AZ).

Core responsibilities

As an Integrated Production Assistant, you will work closely with both Project Managers and Producers, assisting with various parts of projects and supporting the team on a day-to-day basis.

You will be involved in projects from the initial brief and concept through to production and final delivery.

You will have the opportunity to run small internal projects while providing administrative and logistical support for our shoot productions.

The role will report directly to the Integrated Production Lead, while working closely with both Project Managers and Producers on a day-to-day basis.

Producing and project managing small projects, such as design briefs.

Assisting Producers with production administration and logistics .

Ordering and building sets for shoots.

Booking project team and legal meetings.

Supporting the preparation of presentations.

Watermarking documents for confidentiality purposes.

Providing financial support, including preparing SOWs, contracts and payments.

Responding to ad hoc requests.

E xperience in an administrative, production support or project coordination role.

Highly organised, with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

A proactive problem-solver who is happy to help, no matter the task.

A collaborative team player.

Calm and adaptable under pressure, with the ability to prioritise workload and respond to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Curious and eager to learn, with an interest in integrated production and creative solutions.
