10 hours per week across 2 days

Monday to Friday

9am to 2pm

Salary - £7,034 per annum plus pension and company benefits

We have a great opportunity for a friendly and reliable Part Time Driver to join our busy PaintWell store in Sevenoaks. Providing exceptional service to our customers in branch as well as out on the road, you will play a vital part in helping us serve customers and keeping the branch and its delivery service running smoothly. Experience with our products isn't necessary, if you bring great customer service and team working skills to the table, we'll give you everything you need to succeed.

Located on Vestry Road our Sevenoaks PaintWell store proudly serves local homeowners and trades people with the broadest range of decorating materials - customers will find everything they need in store including trade and designer paints from a wide variety of brands and all of the decorating materials needed to complete their home décor projects. Part of the Brewers Group, PaintWell are dedicated to delivering high quality products and expert advice to all of our customers. The branch opening hours are Monday to Friday 7am - 5pm and Saturday 8am - 5pm.

As a Driver with Brewers, some of your responsibilities will include:

Make contactless deliveries to customers in and around the local area driving our Company Transit van
Provide exceptional service to customers in branch, to deliver upon our reputation for quality Brewers service
Unload deliveries and ensure stock is distributed throughout the store
Keep our store organized and safe, in line with company standards
Use product knowledge to provide recommendations and help customers find the best product for their needs
Mix paint for Customers, process specialist orders, and request special stock within the Branch network
Build relationships with customers to fully identify their needs and allow us to provide a comprehensive service
Promote seasonal and special items, including merchandising goods in-store to increase visibility and sales

Who we are looking for to join our team:

Familiar with High Wycombe and the surrounding area
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Approachable, possessing an open and friendly personality
Enjoys working and supporting a team, but can always be relied upon to work as an individual
Keen to learn, develop skills, and progress within our industry
Full clean driving license
Previous driving experience advantageous although not required
Previous retail experience or product knowledge would be advantageous but not essential, as full training will be given to the right candidate
