Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, from greeting customers to managing reservations, all while maintaining a positive and professional demeanour.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with warmth and friendliness.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimise guest flow.
- Provide menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages with attention to detail.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and waiting areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist in training new staff members as needed, sharing knowledge of procedures and standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential; a positive attitude is key.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and colleagues alike.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player who can work collaboratively while also taking initiative when required.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed by the business.
