Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Field Sales Executive to drive business growth through proactive customer engagement and strategic sales initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our client base, building strong relationships with B2B partners, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and ability to manage time effectively will be key to success in this dynamic position. This paid role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise while making a tangible impact on our organization’s growth.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities by engaging with potential clients in the field
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs
Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently, ensuring mutual benefit for both parties
Plan daily routes and manage schedules to maximize outreach and productivity
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions promptly
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions using IT tools or CRM systems

Experience

Proven experience in B2B sales or field sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
Valid driving license and a clean driving record for travel within assigned territories
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Familiarity with IT systems, CRM platforms, and basic organizational tools for efficient time management
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high levels of customer service
Knowledge of the local market landscape and industry trends is a plus
