Job Overview
We are offering a flexible opportunity to rent gym space for fitness professionals, sports coaches, and instructors seeking a well-equipped environment to conduct classes, training sessions, or personal coaching. The space provides a professional setting designed to support a variety of fitness and sports activities, with the potential for ongoing utilisation and growth within the community. The space is suitable for individuals or organisations looking to expand their offerings in a fully maintained and accessible gym environment.

The Space is available on weekends with limited availability on weekdays.

Duties

Utilise the designated gym space to deliver coaching, training, or fitness classes.
Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness within the rented space at all times.
Engage with clients professionally, providing guidance and support during sessions.
Manage bookings and scheduling of sessions efficiently.
Ensure all activities comply with health and safety regulations and organisational policies.
Promote your services through appropriate channels to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sports coaching or fitness instruction.
Strong teaching skills with the ability to motivate and engage clients of varying ages and abilities.
Knowledge of human anatomy relevant to sports performance and injury prevention.
Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering clear instructions and feedback.
Organised with good time management skills to handle bookings and client schedules effectively.
A professional attitude with a commitment to maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.
Relevant certifications in sports coaching, personal training, or related fields are desirable but not essential. This opportunity is ideal for dedicated professionals seeking a fully equipped space to grow their practice while offering flexible hours tailored to their schedule.

Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
