We are looking for Bar & Waiting staff to join the family.

The Thomas de la Rue is a traditional town pub serving wholesome classic bar meals both lunchtime and evenings, with an excellent selection of beers and ales, including the award-winning, Channel Islands’ brewed Liberation Ale.

Split over two floors, the main lounge bar leads directly on to the shopping precinct of historic St. Peter Port, whilst the Front Room bar provides a bright modern atmosphere and includes an al fresco terrace.

Come nighttime the Thomas de la Rue turns into one of the Islands popular rendezvous for live entertainment. Locals and visiting bands and open-mike nights perform every weekend, plus extra evenings throughout the summer.

You will be:

Friendly! OK, it sounds obvious but you will be naturally welcoming and make our customers experience something to raise their spirits!
Organized. It can be busy on shift and we want someone with great attention to detail.
Passionate. About the food we serve, the drinks we pour and everything you do will be from the heart.
Willing to learn. We are constantly improving our service, food and drinks and want you to be ready to learn and make us the talk of the town.
