Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service in a lively environment, ensuring guests enjoy their experience while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. This role offers an opportunity to develop hospitality skills within a dynamic setting, contributing to the overall success of our venue.

Duties

Serve drinks and efficiently and courteously to patrons
Take orders accurately and handle cash or card payments with precision
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including surfaces, glassware, and utensils
Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth service throughout shifts
Monitor guest behaviour and ensure compliance with licensing laws and safety regulations
Assist in setting up and clearing tables or seating areas as required
Provide friendly advice on drink selections and promote special offers when appropriate
Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods

Requirements

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable manner
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts
Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism
A personable attitude with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or special events as required
