Based from our Newport office, this role offers agile working, with a blend of home, office, and site-based activity, depending on business needs. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable, but not essential.
Day to day, you’ll carry out a variety of administrative tasks, supporting low‑level ASB cases, acting as the first point of contact for customer queries, completing compliance related tasks, and managing tenancy changes. You’ll also handle minor housing enquiries and provide general office administration support.
We’re looking for someone who brings proven experience in delivering effective administrative and service support within a fast paced, customer focused environment, and who is confident working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You’ll have strong IT skills, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook, and be able to work collaboratively while also using your own initiative to solve problems. A friendly, person centred approach to customer service is essential, along with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. You’ll be highly organised with excellent attention to detail, comfortable handling sensitive or challenging conversations with care, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. We’re also looking for someone proactive and adaptable, who can take accurate and reliable notes with confidence.
