Hybrid Homeworking with office base in Norwich
Full time, 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Starting Salary BHA B3 at £28,785 per annum, with future progression opportunities to £30,622 per annum
Fixed Term Contract until June 2027
About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Support Officer to help support our Executive Services Team on a temporary basis. This role requires a candidate who has experience dealing with confidential administration and is a very organised individual to help support senior management.
Some of the main duties of the role will be to:
Provide confidential administrative support to the Executive Assistant to the CEO and Chair, wider PA team and Leadership Group members.
Support diary management, meeting arrangements, travel and accommodation bookings, training and conference bookings.
Assist with invoice payments, credit card statement processing and maintaining efficient digital filing systems.
Provide ad hoc administrative support to senior managers, including organising meetings, taking notes and supporting the preparation of reports.
Assist with the administration of Board, panel and committee meetings, including arrangements, attendance, note taking and follow-up tasks.
Work proactively, managing own workload and priorities effectively.

About you
We are looking for an individual that has a minimum of 5 GCSE’s (Grade C / Level 4) or equivalent in Mathematics and English, as well as excellent verbal and written skills. A strong administration background with a minimum of 3 years proven experience and knowledge of using Microsoft packages is essential.
The ideal candidate will be organised and have the ability to maintain and handle confidential information in a sensitive manner.
A driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential as travel is required.
