We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telemarketer to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and generating new business opportunities. Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Spanish is a desirable bonus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using established scripts and personalised communication strategies
- Engage potential customers through effective telemarketing techniques to promote our products and services
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions within our CRM software, including Salesforce or similar platforms
- Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities aligned with client needs
- Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for the sales team as appropriate
- Keep abreast of product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing roles
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or equivalent systems
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is an advantage
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently
- Ability to work independently whilst contributing effectively within a team environment
- Demonstrated resilience and motivation in a target-driven setting
- Previous experience with telemarketing or B2B sales is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
