THE ROLE:

Working within flagship UK Kids Around store in Westfield, White City London, you will be part of our store team, working to deliver premium customer service with a personal touch, within a premium, designer fashion label setting.

Details of the role:

Part Time Sales Advisor
20hrs per week + Overtime

Salary negotiable depending on experience. Monthly and seasonal bonus also applicable.

A history of retail sales experience is preferred as well as proven experience with high end customer service essential.

The successful individual will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our kids Around store based in Westfield, White City. They will be working with brands such as Boss, Hugo, DKNY, Timberland, Kenzo, Marc Jacobs, Givenchy and Karl Lagerfeld.

Responsibilities include:

Supporting the running of our store on a day to day basis
Cash handling
Potential Key holder responsibility
Ensuring the store delivers premium customer service
Driving sales to target
Understanding, analysis and development of store KPI’s
Store merchandising including changeover of seasons and promotions
Managing stockloss and completing inventories
Maintaining high standards of good housekeeping
Receipt of deliveries

All suitable candidates must be confident working within a small team, show a strong level of customer service, be driven towards targets, self-motivated and able to work to a high level while managing time efficiently.
