The Opportunity
We are currently looking for motivated and driven Sales Advisors to join our established Preston branch. This role offers excellent earning potential, ongoing training, professional development opportunities, and use of a company car.
- OTE: £45,000 – £65,000
- Basic Salary: £20,000
As a Sales Advisor at HPL Motors, your role will be to understand each customer’s needs and help match them with the right vehicle and finance package. You’ll guide customers through the full sales journey, ensuring a professional and positive experience from enquiry to handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Build trust and strong relationships with customers by delivering outstanding service.
- Handle enquiries from walk-ins, telephone calls, and online leads.
- Maximise sales opportunities through prospecting and follow-up activity.
- Achieve monthly KPIs relating to vehicle sales, finance, and add-on products.
- Ensure compliance with FCA and data protection regulations by maintaining accurate customer records.
About You
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A positive attitude with a passion for sales and customer service.
- Motivated to build a successful career within the motor industry.
- Full UK driving licence required.
