About the Role
We have a new exciting opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join our friendly Reception team based at Stockton, to provide a welcoming, professional and efficient reception service to our clients and colleagues.
This is a busy and varied role, and no two days will be the same! The main duties will include:
· Greeting visitors to the office
· Answering the telephone and directing calls
· Managing the Reception email inbox
· Carrying out postal duties
· Managing meeting room bookings
· Preparing refreshments for meetings
· General administrative tasks
This is a part time role, working 3-4 days per week, excluding a Wednesday. Speak to us about your ideal working pattern.

About You
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
· Excellent communication and people skills
· Previous reception and administration experience
· Strong organisational skills
· The ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously
· A positive “can do” attitude and ability to support the Firm’s culture and values
· Confidence using computer systems including Microsoft Office packages
· Discretionary skills when handling sensitive information
· The ability to pick things up quickly and use own initiative
