About the role…
As a key member of our reservations team, you’ll play an essential role in starting each guest’s journey with us. Often providing the first impression of our hotel, you’ll be responsible for ensuring a smooth and personalised experience from the very beginning. You’ll handle both individual and group bookings with efficiency and care, ensuring accuracy in all details and strong communication across departments to support a seamless stay.
Your role will include managing all elements of the reservations process—quoting, contracting, securing payments, managing inventory and rates, supporting with extranet platforms, training team members, and achieving monthly targets. You’ll build positive relationships with guests, bookers, and agents to help make our hotel their venue of choice.

- Strong communication skills across phone, email and face-to-face
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for delivering memorable service
- Confident in managing guest feedback and resolving any challenges effectively
- Calm under pressure, adaptable in approach, and able to manage both routine and unexpected tasks
- High attention to detail and organisational skills to manage your own workload and support team efficiency
