Location: Room Thirty One Bar & Kitchen, Northampton
Job Type: Part-Time (weekends compulsory)
Pay: £10.00–£14.00 per hour (depending on age & experience)

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for experienced Bar Staff, Cocktail Mixologists and Floor Waitering Staff to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of an ambitious independent hospitality business. Alongside the continued growth of Room Thirty One, we're also working behind the scenes on an exciting new hospitality venue project that will create further opportunities across the business. The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer service with confidence and professionalism.
- Preparing and serving cocktails and beverages to a consistently high standard (bar roles).
- Providing attentive, friendly and efficient table service (floor waitering roles).
- Confidently engaging with guests and making food and drink recommendations.
- Maintaining excellent presentation, cleanliness and organisation throughout the venue.
- Working efficiently during busy service periods.
- Helping create the premium experience that Room Thirty One is known for.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in bar work, cocktail making or floor waitering.
- Strong cocktail knowledge (for bar positions).
- A positive, reliable and enthusiastic attitude.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- Ambitious individuals looking to develop their hospitality career.
Working Hours
- Saturday availability is essential.
- Additional weekday and Friday shifts available.
