Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative at Cards2Cash, you will play a vital role in our commitment to outstanding customer service. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth experience on our platform. You will also play a key part in company projects, allowing us to expand! You will also be self-employed, meaning some days will be busier than others.

Working from Home:

At Cards2Cash, we understand the importance of work-life balance and the convenience of remote work. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be working from home, allowing you to manage your responsibilities while maintaining a comfortable and flexible work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.

· Assist customers with account-related issues, gift card transactions, and platform navigation.

· Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiency.

· Educate customers on our services, policies, and procedures.

· Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

· Assist with and lead company projects that are assigned to you.

Requirements:

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.

· Ability to work independently.

· Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

· A fast WIFI speed to work from home.

· Previous customer service experience is not required but would be an advantage.
