Halo Domiciliary Care - Northampton

Searching for a job that is rewardable, adaptable to you and with excellent rates of pay?

We are looking for individuals that strive to provide the best care possible for our client's. We are currently seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in providing compassionate care to individuals within their own home. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and ensuring that they can live a full and happy life. Experience is beneficial however not a necessity for the right candidate as all training is provided.

We currently have full-time and part-time positions available to fit around your schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Follow each individual's care plan accurately
Be able to adapt to each individual clients' needs
Support with personal hygiene, meals, light household duties
Be able to accurately report daily activities
Liaising with team members to ensure that client care is consistent

Requirements

Full UK driving license
Own your own vehicle
Able to pass a DBS check or currently have a valid DBS

Pay increase after completion of probation period
Increased pay rate on weekends and bank holidays
Mileage and travel time paid
DBS fee returned to you after completion of probation period
