Full job description

Injection Moulding Machine Operative

An exciting opportunity has arisen to become a permanent employee at an industry-leading manufacturer in Daventry. Working in the Production and Warehouse unit you will be responsible for operating an injection moulding machine, basic assembling and packing. From this you will be entitled to the following benefits:

· up to £600 per year attendance bonus

· Company Pension

. Life insurance after 1 year’s employment

· 37 ½ hours per week Mon – Fri, 8.30 am – 4.30 pm.

· Permanent full-time position.

No experience needed as full training will be given. However the successful candidate should possess the following skills:

· Able to understand and follow instructions

· Able to use initiative

· Excellent attention to detail

· Basic numeracy skills

· Quality awareness

· Able to work safely in busy environment

· Able to work to targets

· Excellent standard of housekeeping

· Excellent timekeeping and attendance required
