Furniture Village – Sales Consultant

£25,500 Basic OTE £50,000 - £60,000+ Uncapped Commission - Competitive Pension, Family Partnership & much more.

Northampton – 40 Hour Contract – Working 5 days a week – Monday – Sunday on a rota’d basis, this role includes working every weekend.

Your Role

Be the face of the store.
Greet customers and build a rapport to understand their needs.
Create an awesome end-to-end experience for all customers.
Work towards individual and team sales targets.
Communicating clearly and confidently with your team.
Following health & safety procedures at all times.
Making a difference every day to the customer experience.

Competitive package: £25,500 plus £200 a week commission guarantee for first 13 weeks, OTE £50,000 - £60,000+
