Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser to join our team.

This role involves organising and implementing visual displays, ensuring product availability, and maintaining the overall presentation of retail spaces.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, leadership qualities, and experience in merchandising to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills within a vibrant retail environment.

Responsibilities

Organise and set up attractive product displays in accordance with brand guidelines and promotional plans
Monitor stock levels and replenish shelves as needed to ensure product availability
Collaborate with store staff and management to optimise store layout and visual presentation
Supervise junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
Managing time efficiently to meet deadlines

Experience

Prior supervising experience within a retail or merchandising environment is highly desirable but not required
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members and manage projects effectively
Strong organisational skills with excellent time management capabilities
Experience in merchandising, including product placement, visual displays, and stock management but not required
