Full job description

We're Hiring – Fencers Wanted!

Due to continued growth, JMG Fencing Contractors is expanding the team. If you have experience in fencing and are looking for consistent work with a supportive and growing company — we want to hear from you.

About the Role:
JMG Fencing provides a full range of fencing installation services on new build development sites.

Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00–17:00
Weekend shifts available
Work is carried out individually or in pairs
Each van will be pre-loaded with materials for the day
All operatives will commute daily from our yard near Naseby (NN6 9LH)

What We're Looking For:

Proven fencing experience
Full Manual UK driving licence
Valid CSCS Labourer Card
Confident using hand and power tools (saws, drills, nail guns, grinders, etc.)
Ability to install various fencing types: wood, metal, and concrete
Reliable, with strong attention to detail and quality
